Emotions Associated with the Organs

 

LIVER/GALL BLADDER:  ANGER causes resentment, frustration, rage and bitterness; may lead to headaches, high blood pressure, menstrual problems.

HEART/SMALL INTESTINE:  JOY in excess leads to over-excitement or agitation, insomnia, palpitations and hysteria.

SPLEEN/STOMACH:  WORRY/PENSIVENESS caused by mental overwork or intellectual over-stimulation.

LUNG/LARGE INTESTINE:  GRIEF/SADNESS causes contraction in the lungs, breathlessness, fatigue, lowered immunity and insomnia.

KIDNEYS/URINARY BLADDER:  FEAR/ANXIETY may cause incontinence in adults and bed-wetting in children. It also reduces fertility, libido and general immunity to infection.
